Roodt Griesel matriculated in Pretoria and holds BA and BD (Theology) degrees from the University of Pretoria. In the recruitment industry since 1997, Roodt is a founder member of West Coast Personnel, having started the West Coast and Cape Town branches. He manages the Cape Town office, specializes in IT recruitment and serves on the APSO Western Cape- and Linx Personnel Group Executive Committees. He is an accredited Meyers Briggs Type Indicator facilitator.

Anthony Kettle is a born and bred Capetonian with more than 15 years hands-on HR, management and sales experience in operational security and risk management environments. As past SA Karate champion, Anthony is a martial arts instructor and successfully trains kickboxing champions. In the Recruitment industry since 2001 Anthony is a recruitment specialist, focusing on managerial, sales and technical staff. He is one of the top 5 recruiters of qualified technical staff in Cape Town.

Oona Thompson matriculated in Cape Town, holds a National Diploma: Travel & Tourism and is an IPSC qualified Recruitment Consultant. As previous business owner she has extensive retail- and management experience. She is well traveled, a seasoned recruiter (recruiting since 2002) and with a good understanding of business dynamics, has assisted many long standing clients in obtaining quality staff. She has an eye for quality candidates, assuring a good cultural fit. With a passion for placing operational-, technical-, logistical- and engineering staff locally and internationally, she will provide quality administrative- and sales staff for Cape Town businesses.

Suzaan Carmichael matriculated in Malmesbury, Western Cape, holds a B Tech in Agriculture (CPUT), a Shipping Practice Certificate (Maritime Institute), a Marketing Management Certificate (CPUT) and is an IPSC qualified Recruitment Consultant. In business since 2001, she has had extensive Import & Export-, Shipping- and Recruitment experience. Since 2007 she has been a successful talent hunter of technical and operational staff and since 2008 has been supplying quality Financial-, Admin-, Technical- and Operational staff to the Financial-, Engineering-, Agricultural- and Manufacturing sectors. Her expertise lies in finding quality candidates and placing them in sound positions.

Willi Zaaiman matriculated at Paarl Boys High and has 30+ years IT industry experience. Involved in the IT Industry since 1974 and having worked for a number of very successful IT companies he has Operations-, Marketing- and Sales Management experience at Executive Level. As former business owner he has an in-depth knowledge of IT Technical-, Financial-, Operations-, Human Resource-, Purchasing-, Sales & Marketing- and Distribution Functions within companies. Willi has sold Software- Hardware- and Enterprise systems to leading organizations. He has a real understanding of the staffing needs of IT business and has been instrumental in finding them staff.

Louise Rossouw matriculated in Cape Town, holds Legal Secretarial (NTC) and Public Relations Certificates (Damelin) and is an APSO IPSC Qualified recruiter. In business since 1992 she has solid Business Management, Sales and Recruitment experience. She is a skilled talent hunter, finding above average candidates for positions.

Reinet Naudé matriculated in Kroonstad and holds a Secretarial Diploma from Pretoria Technikon. In the recruitment industry since 2003, she manages West Coast Personnel's administration and also administers the IPSC exam on behalf of APSO Western Cape. Reinet provides a national Professional CV service - drawing up CVs for job seekers.

Desiree Abner matriculated in Pretoria, is an accredited VIP Payroll Manager (VIP Academy - 2008), APSO IPSC Qualified recruiter, a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and is studying towards a N Dip - HR Mgt. With West Coast Personnel since 2004, she facilitates HR, Skills Development consultation and outsourced Payrolls on behalf of clients.

Thabisa Matini matriculated in Mdantsane, Eastern Cape and holds an NDip - Public Management (CPUT). With West Coast Personnel since 2006, she is our first point of contact from the outside world, managing the front office, invigilating MS Office- and Bookkeeping Skills Tests, and is an accredited Finger Print/ Financial- and Criminal Check facilitator.
